a new chapter

Wow. Never did I imagine that something so meaningful and beautiful could be in my hands. And this isn’t my first rodeo either—but that doesn’t make it any less surreal.

My Life Before Becoming a Business Owner

Early on, I was always creating. I could never sit still-constantly bouncing between clubs, classes, sports, and jobs. I was itching to find the place where I truly belonged. Ironically, starting a business has taught me that I don’t need to “settle” anywhere.

Following my passion has never led me astray. Even when the path seemed uncertain or risky, staying true to my creative instincts has always guided me to spaces where I thrive.

Back in 2018, when I began applying to colleges, I landed in the exploratory major. Pursuing an artistic or creative path felt wrong—maybe even wasteful. I had support from those around me, but something in society’s expectations intimidated me enough to silence my soul.

Then in the spring of 2019, when COVID sent us all home from college, I began to hear myself again. I transferred into the Theatre program at UTK, and everything changed. Over the next three years, my passion flourished into my first brand, Paige Victorson, where I design and create fashion using fully sustainable practices.

The Leap of Faith

Over a year into building my business, and always juggling at least one or two side jobs, an opportunity to run Reclaim presented itself. In June 2025, I took a leap of faith. I left my jobs behind and fully committed to calling myself a business owner.

I felt like I knew something about being a so-called “businesswoman,” so I leaned into what I knew best: trusting my instincts and leading with purpose.

Now, here I am- still learning more every single day, but one thing has never changed: staying true to my passion has never led me astray. And focusing on sustainability? It’s never felt more right.

xx Paige :)
