how long will it take for my order to ship?
anything that is ready made will ship within 3-5 business days from the time you place the order. We do our best to get them to you as soon as humanly possible!! our small & mighty team is working hard.
“made to order” items - our current turnaround time for shipping is 2-4 weeks. “supply your own” quilt coats will be sent back your way within 4-6 weeks after receiving your quilt.
Reclaim Creative is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen - contact shipping carrier to handle this!
do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping at cost and use USPS First Class Mail International. Reclaim Creative is not responsible for payment of duties or import fees.
can I return or exchange something?
we want you to LOVE your new pieces and that might not always be the case - so we do offer returns! most** items are eligible to be returned up to 7 days after the order has been delivered as long as it is unworn, unwashed & unused. we will issue the refund once the item is received by us and we have inspected it for damage.
To begin the return process - email email@example.com. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
** we do not accept returns on any sale items, custom, supply your own, or made to order items. email firstname.lastname@example.org
what if something is damaged
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. From there we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages, and other issues will not be considered outside of the 7 day period.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR WORK IS MADE FROM AUTHENTIC VINTAGE QUILTS. SMALL STAINS, DISCOLORATION AND WEAR IS TO BE EXPECTED. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR OF THE VINTAGE QUILTS.
do you offer repairs/alterations?
Repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis and the cost will be determined upon return. Customer is responsible for all shipping.
