This one of a kind quilt top dress was created from a beautiful pieced quilt top sourced from Central Texas. It has reversible neck lines (one higher, one lower) so you can wear it either way! ** please note discoloration in images**

The pattern created for this dress has been designed to fit a variety of bodies - intentionally boxy with a loose, flowy fit! It slips right over your head with no zippers, buttons or snaps.

This dress is lightweight, but not see-through & the bodice is lined with a deadstock cotton fabric.

first, remember this is a piece of history - likely around 100 years old. you will see signs of wear, and likely see small tears and stains, which is totally normal! take proper care and be gentle - mending as needed.

washing - deep clean about once a year by soaking in cool water with a gentle or plant based soap - preferably unscented. gently agitate and let it sit for a while - then lay flat in the sun to dry and disinfect! feel free to email us with any maintenance questions.
