The pattern created for this dress has been designed to fit a variety of bodies - intentionally boxy with a loose, flowy fit! It slips right over your head with no zippers, buttons or snaps. The length is designed to be ankle to floor length, depending on your height.

This dress is lightweight, but not see-through & the bodice is lined with a deadstock cotton fabric.

Remember, a quilt top is an unfinished part of a quilt, therefore, loose threads and fraying backing are normal and expected.

first, remember this is a piece of history - likely around 100 years old. you will see signs of wear, and likely see small tears and stains, which is totally normal! take proper care and be gentle - mending as needed.
